The role emphasizes staff management, achieving budgeted goals, driving contractual commitments, and maintaining a sense of urgency in customer service for external and internal customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of staff management experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of applying products/services to customer needs for cost savings.
• Knowledge of interpreting and managing by profit and loss statements; strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage staff recruiting, coaching, performance, and policy enforcement to meet productivity standards.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals by controlling costs and optimizing operations; monitor P&L.
• Drive customer commitments and KPIs at the local site.
• Ensure timely payment from customers according to terms.
