Job summary

Lincoln Security Limited is seeking an Installation Administrator to support the Installation Department. The role focuses on scheduling, job administration and day-to-day coordination to keep installation work running smoothly.

You will coordinate workloads, maintain accurate records and ensure customers, engineers and colleagues receive timely information and support. The role is office-based with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Installation Team
• Assist with scheduling and workload coordination
• Communicate with customers, engineers, suppliers and other departments by telephone and email
• Create and maintain job records, trackers and installation documentation
• Help coordinate jobs from initial instruction through to completion
• Prepare installation packs, reports and routine correspondence
• Assist with invoicing and other job-related administration when required
• Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues where necessary
