Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Portland, OR seeks an Inside Sales Representative to maintain customer relations and act as the regional contact.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in a similar function, strong MS Office and ERP familiarity, and the ability to work independently and with teams. On-site position with a competitive base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or 2–5 years' experience in a similar function.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year) in business or technical field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Pro-active, customer oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and ensure excellent daily service.
• Be primary contact for customers in your region.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and technical documents.
• Assist the sales team to boost sales and performance.
• Set up appointments or follow up with customers after first contact.
• Meet customers virtually or on-site at their premises.
• Listen to needs and propose improvements to support development.
• Follow up on quotations and keep CRM up to date.
