Job summary

Edmac Compressor Parts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, quote requests, and CRM data in support of sales growth. Based in Portland, OR, you will serve as the primary regional contact, handle phone and virtual interactions, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the sales team to boost performance, maintain data accuracy, and respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP systems is an advantage.
• Have a pro-active attitude and are customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and guarantee excellent daily service.
• Primary point of contact for customers in your region.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and technical documents.
• Assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance.
• Set up appointments or follow up with customers after initial contact.
• Meet customers virtually or on-site at their premises.
• Listen to customer needs and propose improvements to support development.
