Job summary

PMJOBS.US is seeking a self-perform Industrial Project Manager to lead one heavy industrial project from mobilization through closeout. You will supervise on-site craft teams (mechanical, piping, electrical, structural steel, concrete) and serve as the owner's main contact for safety, schedule, cost and quality.

The role requires 5+ years managing projects in the $25M–$100M+ range, strong change management and cost control, and familiarity with open-shop environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing heavy industrial construction projects ($25M–$100M+).
• Self-perform / direct-hire craft experience, not only managing subcontractors.
• Strong contracts, change management and cost control knowledge.
• Preferred: open-shop project experience and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leading superintendents and self-perform craft: mechanical, piping, electrical, structural steel and concrete.
• Planning manpower and tracking labor productivity, quantities and cost.
• Managing change orders, forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Leading owner meetings and resolving field and design issues.
• Driving safety and quality on site every day.
