PMJOBS.US is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own an on-site heavy industrial power project from start to finish. You will lead superintendents and self-perform crews across mechanical, piping, electrical, steel and concrete, while driving schedule, cost control, forecasting, and safety on site.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy industrial construction management, power generation project experience, and direct-hire/self-perform leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years managing heavy industrial construction projects.
• Power generation project experience: combined-cycle, simple-cycle, CT, HRSG, cogeneration or BOP.
• Self-perform / direct-hire craft leadership; not only subcontractors.
• Open-shop project experience or behind-the-meter/data-center power is a plus.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.

Responsabilidades

• Lead superintendents and self-perform craft across mechanical, piping, electrical, steel and concrete.
• Manage schedule, cost, forecasting, labor productivity and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontracted scopes alongside self-perform work.
• Lead owner meetings.
• Drive safety and quality on site every day.
