Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a Mid-Level Help Desk Technician to support AFNCR ITS-2 at Joint Base Andrews. You will coordinate incident response, triage issues, and work with government leadership to resolve events.

The role requires a Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and at least two years in a DoD environment. On-site, Tue–Sat swing shift, with a 30-day on-site training period.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and classify major IT incidents and events.
• Coordinate rapid response with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain incident communication and track status through resolution.
• Provide frontline support for email, directories, Windows apps, printers, PC hardware and software.
