Job summary
Intellectt Inc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support critical utility systems at an on-site North Carolina facility. The role focuses on the reliable operation and maintenance of chillers, boilers, air handling units, and related utility equipment.
This is a maintenance-focused position rather than a calibration role. The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain documentation, and follow established safety and site
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience maintaining utility/HVAC systems on-site.
- Experience with chillers and boilers is required.
- Ability to read P&IDs and equipment manuals.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- On-site North Carolina work location.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operation of chillers, boilers, and AHUs and record data.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance per procedures.
- Inspect equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Maintain work orders and maintenance docs in CMMS.
- Coordinate with facilities and vendors to ensure reliability.
- Review P&IDs and manuals as needed.
- Follow safety procedures including LOTO.
