Qualifications

• HVAC Certification and experience required.
• 5 years accumulative experience in building maintenance and/or utility maintenance.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications and CMMS experience.
• Must understand oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Display initiative to lead efforts to improve productivity.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and improve efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and correct faults.
• Document all work performed, hours, parts, and follow-up work on maintenance work orders.
