Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, motors, chillers, AHUs, RTUs, fan coils, and associated exhaust fans.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tours, and repair work orders in mixed lab and office facility.
• Inspect interior and exterior areas, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, lighting, and safety features.
• Support Operations Manager and other technicians in maintenance tasks and safety compliance.
