Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products across customer sites. You will build strong rapport with customers and coordinate with area offices.

The role requires performing scheduled maintenance, handling field change notices, and providing timely reports while ensuring safety and proper PPE. Travel and weekend coverage may be required.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under supervision or independently will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Familiar with electrical/electronic test equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Team player and reliable.
• Safety conscious and compliant with procedures.
• Able to work under supervision or independently.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Perform scheduled and emergency service on Liebert Air products.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Follow guidelines for scheduled maintenance and field notices.
• Maintain and report inventory and equipment status.
• Strive for a first-time fix on customer equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE per policy.
