Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field is acceptable.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform maintenance as per guidelines and notes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Provide accurate reporting and timekeeping per company policy.
• Maintain inventory and company property.
• Support customer satisfaction goals and timely completion of assignments.
• Strive for first-time fixes and effective communication with customers.
