Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically at least 3–5 years of HVAC/Controls experience.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 3 years.
• DDC controls experience and EPA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and services products/equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Keeps current on Trane products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair.
• Enforces safety standards and maintains security of company assets.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional overnight stays as required.
