Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an experienced HVAC/Controls professional to commission, program, and service on-site projects across customer locations. You will document verification, coordinate with customers, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel to sites, strong knowledge of DDC controls, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma or technical training is required, with 7+ years in HVAC/Controls preferred.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically requires at least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls.
• Technical School or formal training is preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with handheld devices.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record in past 3 years.
• Previous experience with DDC controls system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, programming, setting up graphics and end-to-end testing on assigned projects.
• Documenting point-to-point verification and sequence of operations validation.
• Serve as direct customer contact to service products and equipment on-site.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Keep current on Trane products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of direct digital control systems.
• Maintain safety standards and secure company assets.
