CBRE Group, Inc. on-site HSE Specialist role in North Reading, MA and Woburn, MA (1st shift) focuses on safety compliance, incident oversight, and collaboration with client and CBRE leadership to keep the workplace safe.

The position emphasizes identifying hazards in robotics manufacturing contexts, supporting regulatory reporting, and driving HSE programs across teams. A bachelor’s degree in EHS and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and learn new safety procedures and regulations.

• 5 years of relevant experience OR a degree or equivalent in related fields.
• Fundamental knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, high-tech manufacturing processes, and facility maintenance.
• Proven track record of implementing HSE programs and initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving HSE performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Develop and implement strategic HSE solutions to improve performance.
• Provide health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance support and report findings.
• Respond to client/customer concerns regarding HSE with stop-work authority per CBRE/Client requirements.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information and protect organizational assets.
• Serve as HSE resource for the facility as assigned.
• Identify potential safety hazards in robotics manufacturing and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• No formal supervisory responsibilities.
