Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (in lieu of a degree, experience and education will be considered).
• Certifications as required by local government.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills, including percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying programs that meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate existing programs to assess suitability and need for changes.
• Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area; keep playbooks current, complete, and implemented.
• Serve as an Environmental Health and Safety resource to staff and internal customers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across multiple job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to build consensus and reach agreements.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within the team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult or sensitive information.
