Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Manager to lead the creation and implementation of HSE programs for a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. This fully onsite role is in Framingham, MA, with minimal travel and Monday–Friday work.

You will develop playbooks, manage regulatory compliance, and lead stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture while aligning with CBRE RISE values and organization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical EHS and operational support.
• Ability to communicate complex information and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive culture to ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review EHS playbooks and procedures.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Track safety risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and provide solutions.
