Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to support the North Reading, MA site on 2nd shift.

You will contribute to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across a large market area, focusing on injury prevention and first aid for associates and communities. In this on-site role, you will train staff on ergonomic practices, perform biomechanical assessments, manage initial medical responses, and maintain meticulous records while fostering a safety-first culture aligned

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification or ability to obtain within 3 weeks.
• Industrial safety certifications are advantageous.
• Experience conducting ergonomic assessments and training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ergonomic and injury prevention training.
• Analyze tasks for safety issues and conduct biomechanical assessments.
• Provide initial medical assessment after injuries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate safety recordkeeping.
• Educate associates on safe movement techniques.
• Identify injury trends and design prevention initiatives.
• Recommend accommodations for associates with medical restrictions.
• Provide real-time coaching on safety in operational areas.
