Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HSE Specialist for on-site roles in North Reading and Woburn, MA. The candidate will support monitoring injury and incident performance, implement safety solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role may serve as an HSE resource for the facility and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate safety and environmental risks in robotics and R&D settings. Ideal candidates have a safety/EHS degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with preference for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing/robotics preferred.
Fundamental knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor injury, illness, and incident related performance.
Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve performance.
Provide HSE regulatory compliance support and report findings.
May act as an HSE subject-matter resource for the facility.
Identify safety hazards in robotics manufacturing and R&D and develop mitigation strategies.
