Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is hiring an HSE Engineer II to promote health, safety, and environmental responsibility. You will implement safety programs, perform risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect employees and the environment.

Based at our Northford, CT location with an on-site schedule, you will report to a designated manager and contribute to continuous improvement in safety performance, training, and audits within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of health, safety and environmental engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Experience performing risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency with safety management systems and compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of HSE programs in a manufacturing facility.
• Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements.
• Analyze incidents and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training including orientation and contractor safety.
