Honeywell is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer to provide Environmental & Safety leadership and technical support at our facility in Nebraska City, NE. You will help develop and implement HSE programs to meet regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role reports to the Sr. HSE Manager and is 100% onsite. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in environmental compliance and experience with HSE management systems, including ISO standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive safety, health and environmental experience.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage and continually improve Environmental programs including wastewater, hazardous waste, air emissions and storm water compliance.
• Assist in administering the Honeywell Health, Safety, Environmental Management System.
• Provide technical assistance regarding health, safety, environmental compliance requirements.
• Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operations.
• Drive Excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training.
• Develop and implement environmental and safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirements.
