Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is hiring an HRIS Services Coordinator – ONE HR Services (Tier 1) for a full-time, on-site role in Claymont, DE. You will provide Tier 1 HR support to employees and managers via phone and service tickets, manage HR systems, and serve as a welcoming on-site resource.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with onboarding, timekeeping, and HR portals, while upholding confidentiality and policy guidance to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR operations, HR service centers, or customer service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support through ONE HR Services.
• Answer and manage incoming HR service calls and employee inquiries.
• Respond to HR service tickets and resolve routine questions on first contact where possible.
• Create, update, document, and close HR service cases accurately and timely.
• Maintain ownership of employee inquiries through resolution or appropriate handoff.
• Assist employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, HR portals, and HR system questions.
• Provide guidance on established HR policies and resources.
• Route more complex issues to HR specialists and ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Monitor open cases and follow up through resolution.
• Be an on-site HR presence in our Claymont, DE office.
• Greet employees, candidates, visitors and connect them with the right contact.
• Balance in-person support with calls and tickets throughout the day.
• Support enterprise HR initiatives and process improvements.
