You will handle employee questions by phone and tickets, assist with HR systems, and serve as a welcoming on-site resource for staff, candidates, and visitors.

The role offers growth in HR operations, technology, and employee services within a centralized ONE HR service model.

Formación

• High school diploma required; degree in HR/Business Admin preferred.
• Previous experience in HR operations, employee services, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage in-person, phone, and ticket-based HR inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers via ONE HR Services.
• Answer HR service calls and inquiries, and manage tickets.
• Create, update, and close HR service cases accurately.
• Assist with ADP, onboarding, and timekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide guidance on policies.
• Coordinate on-site welcome for employees and visitors.
