Apis Services, Inc. seeks an HRIS Services Coordinator – ONE HR Services (Tier 1) to join our on-site HR team in Claymont, DE.

You will be the first contact for employees and managers, handling HR inquiries by phone and service tickets, and guiding users through ADP, onboarding, and HR systems. You will balance in-person support with ticket-driven work, ensuring privacy and accurate case handling while collaborating with site leadership and the ONE HR team to deliver a consistent employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR operations, employee services, or customer service is valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR support contact through ONE HR Services (Tier 1).
• Respond to HR service inquiries via phone and tickets; resolve routine questions at first contact.
• Create, update, document, and close HR service cases accurately and timely.
• Assist with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, HR portals, and HR system questions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and resources; route complex issues to HR specialists.
