Job summary

TP Mechanical in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator to support day-to-day HRIS administration, maintain accurate employee data, process transactions, and assist with reports and end-user support. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, or related admin role.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate employee data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and process transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Audit employee records regularly for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Assist HR, Payroll, and leaders by preparing standard and ad hoc reports.
• Support HR system testing, upgrades, and feature implementations.
• Respond to HR system inquiries and provide timely end-user support.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
• Maintain HR system documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
• Assist with security access requests, user accounts, and permissions.
• Support onboarding, performance, learning, compensation, benefits processes via HRIS.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
