Schreiber Foods seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Logan, UT plant to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency in food production. You will lead process improvements, collaborate across functions, and support scale-up of new products while upholding HACCP and GMP standards.

Eligible partners receive an ESOP with a company match totaling about 16% annually, plus relocation assistance and bonus pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Understanding of food safety and quality systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, throughput, yield, and risk.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Collaborate across Functions to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support scale-up of new products and process changes.
• Lead or support equipment modifications from concept to commissioning.
• Apply data analysis and statistical tools to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct FMEA and implement mitigation actions.
• Maintain control plans, measurements, and SPC monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma and Process Excellence initiatives.
