Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming online and paper applications.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions in collaboration with managers.
• Coordinate background checks and employment verifications in compliance with laws and policies.
• Implement new hire orientation and start-date coordination; maintain confidentiality of records.
• Maintain electronic/paper personnel files and audit documentation.
• Develop and update HRS, manuals, and company documents; ensure regulatory compliance.
