Redwood Farms Meat Processors in Estherville, IA is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Human Resources Manager to serve as the onsite HR resource for the facility and lead hiring, retention, community activities, and employee initiatives with support from management and a Corporate HR Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in full cycle hiring and onboarding.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring and onboarding processes.
• Oversee benefits and payroll support.
• Lead site-level HR initiatives and compliance.
• Translate conversations and documents as needed.
• Coordinate employee relations and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, PFMLA.
