Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including full-cycle hiring and onboarding.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Protect HR operations by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Assess staffing needs and coordinate hiring priorities with Corporate HR.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and extend job offers.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Direct interviews and performance conversations; conduct exit interviews.
• Serve as onsite HR resource for all employees at the facility and ensure compliance.
• Lead benefits orientation and online enrollment; coordinate payroll with Corporate.
• Translate conversations and documents as needed; support community and outreach activities.
• Travel up to 10% annually and handle special HR improvement projects.
