Advance Services Inc. is seeking a bilingual HR Clerk to support farm operations in Washington. You will serve as a primary HR contact for managers and employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers and offboarding.

You will monitor attendance, turnover and workforce trends, assist with training on policies and safety, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws including OSHA and agriculture labor rules. Some travel to farm sites is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Must be able to travel to farm sites and work weekends if required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
• Support full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Lead or assist with employee relations investigations and policy interpretation.
• Develop and deliver HR training on supervision, policies, harassment prevention, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, turnover and workforce trends; propose actions.

Educación
