Job summary

Randstad is seeking an HR Service Center Representative to support employees with general HR questions and benefits enrollment. This on-site role in Providence, RI requires an Associate degree and strong customer-service skills.

You will use HRIS and case-management tools, escalate complex issues, and maintain confidential employee records while delivering high-quality service. The position is temporary for about four months, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Background in customer service preferred, with human resources experience highly valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and experience navigating HRIS/case management software.

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and general employment matters.
• Assist employees with HR tasks, including onboarding, benefit program enrollments, and personal information updates.
• Resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and workplace policies in a timely manner.
• Utilize an electronic case management tool to maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions for reporting purposes.
• Educate employees on company HR policies, updates, and available self-service resources.
• Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion, adhering to privacy standards.
