Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC, in Port Orchard, WA, seeks an Employee Success Specialist to support recruiting and strategic HR initiatives at our manufacturing plant. This role serves as the on-site contact for team members and partners with the Employee Success Manager to enhance HR functions.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance, safety, and a positive workplace experience across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as HR Generalist or Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws for WA state.
• Experience with workers' compensation (L&I) processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for the organization and fill open positions quickly.
• Hold kick-off meetings with hiring managers to align expectations and criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout interviews and onboarding.
• Administer new hire processes including offer letters and onboarding via HRIS.
• Conduct new hire orientations for production staff and ensure welcoming experience.
• Be the main on-site contact for employees and escalate concerns as needed.
• Model and reinforce company values in daily interactions.
• Support leaders on workplace investigations, documentation, and compliance.
• Provide timely information to the Employee Success Manager on injuries or grievances.
• Answer questions about benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement).
• Assist with annual audits (ERISA, liability, workers' comp).
• Assist Production Manager with timecard review and attendance reporting.
• Coordinate in-office events and other project support as needed.
