Short Story, a fast-growing technology-powered retailer focused on petite women, seeks an HR & Recruiting Coordinator for our South San Francisco fulfillment center. The role is hands-on on the warehouse floor, running high-volume hourly recruiting and supporting day-to-day HR ops in partnership with the Warehouse Manager and HR leadership.

The successful candidate will have 3–4 years in HR administration or recruiting within warehouse/retail settings, with strong English skills and Spanish

Formación

• 3-4 years of HR administration, recruiting, or operations support in a warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Location: 100% on-site at South San Francisco warehouse.
• Fluency in English; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-volume hourly recruiting and onboarding for warehouse roles using the ATS.
• Conduct in-person screens to assess reliability, attitude, and fit; coordinate interviews.
• Lead weekly day-one orientations and onboarding, set up new hires in systems, provide safety orientation.
