Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in tech/IT.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
• Experience as local HR contact, collaborating with an international leadership.
• Proficiency with HR software such as Personio and Paycom.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfortable with an international reporting structure and on-site work in Arlington, TX.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site HR partner for operational matters and employee relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, postings, screenings, interviews and onboarding.
• Administer payroll for permanent and part-time staff using Paycom.
• Support benefits enrollment processes and policy implementation.
• Maintain records and reports for transparent HQ reporting.
• Provide occasional basic office management support as needed.
