Job summary

Sportec Solutions AG in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a 50% on-site role (20 hours/week). You will act as the local HR partner, supporting employee relations and coordinating HR operations from our Arlington office.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing with Paycom, benefits enrollment, policy implementation, and detailed record-keeping. Occasional office tasks may be required; collaboration with headquarters in Germany is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech/IT.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll processes.
• Experience as local HR contact with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site HR partner for operational matters and employee relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including postings, screenings, interviews, onboarding.
• Administer payroll for permanent and part-time staff using Paycom; support benefits enrollment.
• Implement HR policies aligned with headquarters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed employee records and produce reports for HQ.
