You will coach managers, support onboarding, and manage employee relations across Texas and remote international teams. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in HR/People Partner roles with stand-alone ER responsibility, experience in regulated, process-driven environments, and familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in HR/People Partner or HR Generalist with standalone ER focus.
• Experience with non-exempt wage/hour compliance.
• Background in aerospace/defense, manufacturing, or structured tech.
• Ability to work standalone ER and scaling company environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ER resource for the Texas employee population.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and policy.
• Investigate and document ER findings with the Head of People.
• Navigate Texas wage/hour and government contractor compliance.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle changes with People Ops and ticketing system.
