Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner for a consumer products manufacturing plant in Oakmont, PA. This on-site role will partner with plant management and work closely with hourly and salaried staff to drive HR initiatives.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path to broader HR oversight across multiple sites in the future, with accountability for employee relations, recruiting, and policy adherence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Union environment experience preferred; strong candidates without it who show they can pick it up will be considered.
• Able to handle sensitive employee matters independently and judge when escalation is warranted.
• Builds trust easily with everyone from the floor to the front office.
• HRIS experience a plus, especially helping with an implementation.
• Must be local; relocation is not offered.

Mansioni

• Act as the single point of HR contact for a plant of roughly 80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders through employee relations issues, performance conversations, and conflict.
• Work alongside corporate HR on union grievances and labor relations.
• Drive site-level recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Keep the site in line with employment law and company policy.
• Stay visible on the production floor so employees know who to come to.
• Help roll out HR systems and process improvements.
• Report site trends and concerns up to HR leadership.
