Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring an HR Business Partner for our Greenfield, Indiana site. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving data-driven HR initiatives and a high-performance culture.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong consulting skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally across the MG-NA organization. The position is onsite at least four days a week, offering collaboration with the plant leadership team and regional HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as HRBP or similar strategic role.
• Industrial relations experience in union and non-union environments.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent consulting, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
• Align HR strategies with growth, productivity, and transformation objectives.
• Leverage HR analytics to drive actionable insights for business decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, org design, and change management.
• Support change initiatives with planning, communication, and training programs.
