Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Vero Beach, FL. This on-site role partners with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver practical HR and administrative support on the project.

Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll accuracy, employee records, and policy guidance as part of Moss’s on-site HR team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees or field operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into Moss.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance data.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
• Partner with field leadership on policies, programs, audits, and workforce development initiatives.
