Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking an Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project sites in Florida. This on-site role partners with field leadership to deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle and ensure a positive employee experience for hourly teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll input accuracy, policy guidance, and strong collaboration with project leaders to address workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees/field operations.
• Ability to apply HR policies consistently and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for project sites and field staff.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and employee concerns.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and off-boarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for successful integration.
• Review time-keeping to support payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist reporting/compliance.
• Collaborate on compliance, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projects.
