Job summary

Morales Group is seeking an Operations Specialist in Indianapolis to recruit and place qualified candidates across assigned areas. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, implement multiple sourcing strategies, and ensure teammate records are accurate in our ATS.

Responsibilities include processing onboarding, conducting interviews, maintaining documentation, and assisting with front-desk tasks and calls.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Accurate, concise, and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of other languages is helpful but not required.
• High School or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Review internal databases for data accuracy and compliance.
• Enter employee payment information into the database.
• Document teammate interactions in the ATS accurately.
• Process E-Verify cases per Federal guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire processing.
• Conduct candidate interviews and document details in the ATS.
• Support walk-in applicants and overflow with onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships.
