Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience at a federal government contractor.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including OFCCP.
• Experience completing federal contractor and workforce compliance reporting for employers with 100+ employees preferred.
• Ability to coordinate government contractor compliance deadlines and reporting with CHRO approvals.
• HR consulting/generalist experience spanning onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, HRIS/records, payroll reconciliation, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review federal, state, and local employment compliance requirements and draft reports for CPO review.
• Prepare federal contractor HR compliance reporting for 100+ employees with CHRO oversight.
• Maintain awareness of reporting deadlines and coordinate filings with CHRO approval.
• Provide onboarding documentation and process support for new team members.
• Deliver HR outputs: onboarding/offboarding docs, HRIS updates, I-9/E-Verify coordination, benefits and leave records, payroll reconciliations.
• Handle employee relations documentation and route concerns to the CPO; support HR inquiries within scope.
• Compile performance-related records for the CPO; assist with policy reference materials.
• Support culture initiative communications and HR change notifications to Payroll.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment/change docs and vendor communications; deliver end-of-engagement handoff package.
