Job summary

Enabled Intelligence in Falls Church, VA seeks a Temporary HR Operations & Compliance Consultant (1099) for ~4 months, full-time on-site (40 hrs/week). Engagement starts mid-to-late November 2026 with dates set in a SOW.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience with federal government contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including OFCCP.
• Experience preparing and completing federal contractor and workforce compliance reporting for 100+ employees.
• Ability to coordinate government contractor compliance deadlines during reporting cycles.
• HR consulting/generalist experience across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll reconciliation, HRIS/records.

Responsibilities

• Review federal, state, and local employment compliance requirements and prepare reports for CPO review.
• Coordinate federal contractor HR compliance reporting for JAN-MAR 2027 with 100+ employees.
• Maintain awareness of reporting deadlines and ensure filings are prepared accurately and timely.
• Provide onboarding documentation and process support within the SOW.
• Deliver HR operations outputs: onboarding/offboarding docs, HRIS updates, payroll reconciliations, training tracking.
• Document employee relations concerns and route to CPO; keep confidential records.
• Route HR inquiries within scope to CPO for decisions or meetings.
• Compile performance-related records for CPO; CPO leads manager discussions.
• Prepare policy reference materials for CPO; CPO provides direction.
• Support documentation for Enabled Intelligence culture initiatives.
• Prepare and transmit approved HR change notifications to Payroll; review payroll records.
• Coordinate benefits/SIMPLE IRA enrollment/change docs and vendor communications.
• Deliver end-of-engagement handoff with open HR matters and deadlines.
