Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits, retirement plan administration, or related.
• Experience maintaining HR records, reconciling data, and supporting audits.
• Knowledge of EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related administration practices.
• Strong Excel, HRIS, benefits, payroll, ATS, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and related documentation.
• Respond to employee and manager questions and maintain confidentiality.
• Administer benefit programs, reconcile invoices, and support enrollment and filings.
• Administer deferrals, employer contributions, match calculations, and audits for retirement plan.
• Maintain HR data, prepare reports, support audits and process improvement.
