Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to grow technical teams.
• Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR policy development, compliance with employment laws, and record-keeping.
• Experience with benefits administration, compensation support, and HR data analysis.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; collaboration across field and office teams.
• Experience in technical services, construction, infrastructure, telecom, or renewable energy industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HR/Business or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information and to work on-site in Gastonia, NC.
