North Georgia Civil Inc., also known as NGC General Contractors, is seeking an HR & Talent Manager to own the full recruiting cycle for office, project management, and field roles. This role includes onboarding, annual reviews, policies, compliance, and benefits administration.

The position is office-based in Danielsville, GA, with occasional travel to project sites and job fairs. Candidates should have 6+ years in HR/recruiting, strong communication, and experience with benefits, ATS, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR and recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading HR/recruiting.
• Construction, engineering, or field-services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of I-9/E-Verify, FLSA, FMLA, ACA, EEO, and multi-state basics.
• Experience administering health benefits with a broker.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, Smartsheet.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruiting cycle for office, project management, and field roles.
• Post and refresh job descriptions on Indeed, LinkedIn, schools, and networks.
• Screen resumes and present concise shortlists with notes.
• Coordinate interviews including leadership and final assessments.
• Maintain Hiring Board and report pipeline weekly.
• Partner with outside staffing firms and negotiate terms.
• Draft offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Build long-term pipelines with programs and military transitions.
