Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gastonia, NC. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, support compliance with employment laws, and maintain accurate HR records and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, supporting manager and team development, coordinating benefits and compensation processes, and handling confidential HR matters with discretion. The role also contributes to building a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement, facilitating HR communications, and supporting training and development initiatives.

• Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is beneficial.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work on-site in Gastonia, NC on a regular basis.
