Job summary

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking a Rental Manager to lead all on-site rental operations in Jackson, WY. You will oversee budgets, supervise supervisors and staff, and develop training programs to exceed guest service and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and collaboration with multiple departments to optimize pricing, marketing, and inventory controls. This is a full-time, exempt position at the Hoback Sports location.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of rental operations for relevant equipment.
• Experience managing staff and coordinating departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budgets for all outlets.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff and supervisors.
• Develop training programs for store staff to meet guest service and safety expectations.
• Provide reporting and analysis to inform pricing and packaging decisions.
• Coordinate with Ticket Office and Mountain Sports School to maximize guest and process efficiency.
