Reciprocity Industries LLC in Billings, Montana, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations on-site. You will support and develop our HR team, serve as a trusted resource for leaders and employees, and drive matters to completion with hands-on leadership.

The role covers benefits administration, payroll changes, HRIS data accuracy, performance management, and compliance for both on-site and remote staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leave and accommodations, employee relations, discipline, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, and workers’ compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including benefits administration and payroll changes.
• Lead annual performance review cycle with timelines, guidance, and documentation.
• Develop and improve HR procedures, templates, workflows, and controls.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency of HR records and processes.
• Lead 1–3 direct reports, set priorities, coach performance, and build accountability.
• Independently resolve routine HR matters and escalate high-risk issues to the HR Director.
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollment, and communications for on-site and remote employees.
• Oversee recruiting strategy, full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage leave programs, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure timely investigations with impartial documentation and findings.
