FLORES is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager for an established landscaping and field services company in Lakeside, CA. This full-time, on-site role leads HR operations, partner relations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, documentation (I-9, E-Verify), and benefits while ensuring California and federal compliance. A strong HRIS/Payroll background and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience and knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations, leave management, benefits, onboarding and documentation.
• Familiar with HRIS, payroll systems, Form I-9, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the trusted HR resource for employees and leadership on relations and performance.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, transitions, and employment documentation including I-9/E-Verify.
• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws and policies.
• Administer leave coordination, accommodations, workers' comp docs, and return-to-work.
• Manage benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and status changes; handle inquiries.
• Maintain confidential HR files, records, and reporting; collaborate with payroll and operations.
• Assist investigations, actions, audits, policy updates, and process improvements.
